During last Saturday’s snowstorm, I misjudged a snow-covered driveway, went off the side and got my car stuck. The head of vehicle maintenance was already busy clearing snow and helping the Deer Valley fleet but saw that I was in need. Despite my car not being essential to resort operations, he immediately stepped in. Using his truck, he got me unstuck without hesitation. He made me a priority even though he was busy. He was kind and showed me that he cared. I’m really grateful he came to my rescue.
