Yesterday, I lost my driver’s license while skiing. A staff member from one of the lodges found it, looked me up online, contacted my work to get my info, and called me. He even offered to drop it off in Salt Lake that evening. He was incredibly responsive and explained that he always tries to return lost licenses quickly, especially if someone needs it to travel. We had a great chat about skiing at Deer Valley. I know it wasn’t his job to go to such lengths, but he was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and happy to help. He saved me a lot of hassle, and I know he’d do the same for anyone.
