Deer Valley offers two lodging options: a promotional link or a contracted room block.
PROMOTIONAL LINK Guests can book directly through a private booking link provided by Deer Valley, offering the best available rate at the time of booking. Rooms are not held
with this option, and rates may fluctuate based on availability. No financial commitment is required from the event host.
CONTRACTED BLOCK Reserve rooms at a fixed group rate, with minimums based on the dates booked. This option requires a food and beverage minimum spend based on the number of rooms contracted. The minimum spend can be used for ancillary wedding events like the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or farewell brunch. Lastly, the signatory is responsible for ensuring all rooms within the room block are fulfilled.
