CEREMONY SET AND AUDIO VISUAL Lawn or deck ceremony set up of teak chairs, as well as an indoor backup option for inclement weather. Traditional ceremony sound package from our exclusive audio visual partner, Wasatch Audio Visual. EVENT SETUP Round tables (60” or 72”) and leather chairs for indoor dining. All wares including china, glassware, and silverware for your selected menu. White floor length linens with additional colors and textures available for an additional fee. Deer Valley’s wooden dance floor sized appropriately for your guest count and final layout. Additional items such as lighting, staging, or decor can be arranged and rented from Wasatch Audio Visual. CULINARY AND SERVICES TEAMS Dedicated culinary and service staff are expertly trained to execute the event according to the banquet event order. Bartender or beverage service attendant are scheduled as one bartender or attendant per fifty guests. Supplemental service team members can be requested for an additional fee. CUSTOM WEDDING CAKE FROM HONEYB CAKES & PASTRIE S A buttercream finished tiered wedding cake is included in the package price and is prepared for the number of guests. Private cake tasting and design consulation with HoneyB Cakes will be coordinated. Additional tiers or customizations are available for added charge.
