VENUE QUESTIONS

Q. Do you host more than one event on the same day? A. No, we host one wedding, per day, per venue. Depending on your venue selection and time of year the ceremony start time is between 4 pm and 6 pm. The venue will be yours for the day until midnight. If you wish to extend the party we suggest a private function at the Sticky Wicket. Please note that vendor arrival and load in will be scheduled for earlier in the day. Q. Is the venue handicap accessible? A. We do our best to accommodate all mobility levels at each location. Our day lodges are ADA accessible but our on-mountain ceremony locations are not wheel chair friendly. All on-mountain venues are accessible via private shuttle. Q. Is parking or valet services available? A. Parking options will depend on your reception location. Silver Lake Lodge has parking for up to 60 vehicles and valet service can be arranged for an additional fee. At Empire Canyon Lodge, shuttle service is required and is managed by the client.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Q. Is there any additional fees that I need to be aware of like venue rental or F&B minimum? A. No, there are no reception venue rental fees or food and beverage minimums outside of the package pricing. You should be aware that some ceremony locations are additional and that alcohol is charged on consumption. In addition, all items are subject to a 25% service fee and applicable taxes. Q. Does pricing vary based on the day of the week or season? A. Yes, package pricing is based on the day of the week and season. Please refer to the package pricing laid out early in the brochure or winter package brochure for December to April pricing.
